Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. One of us is often in the office during weekend hours, so feel free to try us then, too. If you don’t get a real person to answer your call, please leave us a voicemail message. Include your phone number and we’ll call you back as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
All Amazing Solutions orders are shipped within 2 business days. Our preferred shipping method is First Class or Priority Mail, through the U.S. Postal Service. Generally, orders arrive at their destination in 6-10 business days, once shipped from our California or New York warehouse. For an additional Special Handling Fee, we can expedite shipment through UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air. Charges vary depending upon destination. Quick-delivery service options are available via our Shopping Cart or over the phone, toll free, at 800-576-7616.

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please call or email us so that we can track it for you. We’ll need to know:

- Order Date
- Recipient Name & Zip Code (if different from above)

Once we receive your tracking request, we’ll respond within 1 business day.
Brochure Request
We’re happy to mail you brochures and order forms. Call or email your request; and we’ll send you the material within 2 business days.

Refund Request
We back every Amazing-Solution product with a 100% risk-free guarantee. If you feel that any of our products has not worked for you as promised, or if you are dissatisfied in any way, return the product to us within six (6) months of purchase and we’ll refund your money—including shipping and handling. No questions asked.
Should you choose to request a refund, simply return your order to us along with a note that includes your name, address and the approximate date of your purchase. Refunds are issued within one week of when we receive a returned item. All refunds are processed in the form that purchase payment was submitted.
