Refund Procedure

Refunds are issued within one week of the date of receipt of the product.

When returning any product, please include a letter with the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Approximate date of purchase
  • Payment Preference:  Refunds are offered in the form that a purchase payment was submitted.  Credit card refunds are processed on the day your refund is confirmed.  Check and money order refunds are issued as checks and mailed on the day your refund is confirmed.

Mail the package, containing the product, to us.  We will call you when it is received and will happily arrange your refund at that time.
