“I enjoy this natural approach. There
are other products on the market, but I haven’t found any that
work this well without using harsh chemicals.”

About Mite-NIX Anti-Allergens |
|
What is Mite-NIX?
Mite-NIX is a line of organic liquid, biodegradable anti-allergen
formulas.
- They are non-toxic and safe to use around
the entire family. They
pose no risk to newborns, pregnant women, the elderly or household
pets.
- The formulas include:
What are the ingredients in Mite-NIX?
All four of the Mite-NIX anti-allergen formulas contain
100% botanical ingredients.
- They blend purified water with fruit & vegetable
derivatives, including (but not limited to) grapefruit
seed extract.
- No drugs or synthetics are included. No killing
agents of any kind are used.
- All four solutions have been clinically tested. And
all ingredients are FDA-approved for over-the-counter
sale.
How does Mite-NIX work?
Mite-NIX formulas neutralize asthma- and allergy-provoking "protein
allergens."
- These allergens are everywhere. They come from the
millions of microscopic dust mites that inhabit absolutely
every home and office.
- They are an unavoidable part of living with
a pet, because
they are found in all cat fur, dog dander, animal saliva
and urine.
Are protein allergens harmful to everyone?
No, for people without allergies, these substances are
entirely harmless.
- But in those with allergies or asthma,
they cause constant misery. They make the body act like threatening environmental
intruders have attacked.
- Eager to destroy the invaders, the immune
system over-reacts. Natural antibodies rush to the nose, eyes, lungs and
surface skin.
- All these antibodies try binding to the allergens
to destroy them. It is this binding process that causes symptoms
associated with an allergic response.
What are the symptoms associated with indoor allergies?
Indoor allergens can cause a wide array of symptoms.
Most allergic adults and children have several
symptoms. The
most common of them are:
- red, puffy eyes
- runny nose
- coughing & upper
respiratory congestion
- shortness of breath
- headache
or migraine
- itchy skin & rashes
- extreme exhaustion
- even
arthritis.
Where should Mite-NIX be sprayed? How often should it be
used?
STEP ONE: Use Mite-NIX Allergy Relief Spray to lightly
mist all areas of home and office.
- Treat upholstered furniture, mattress, pillows,
rugs & carpets,
drapes and car upholstery. The goal is to lightly mist,
not saturate surfaces.
- Spray with extra care in areas where pets
play or sleep.
Even when animals are not nearby, their body allergens
are present.
- Remember that mites feed primarily on shedding
human cells.
So carefully treat all the places you and your family
spend the most time. For example, bedrooms and dens are especially
vulnerable.
- Depending on the severity of your symptoms, treat these
spaces every 4-8 weeks.
STEP TWO: Use Mite-NIX Laundry Rinse to safeguard all washable
fabrics.
- Traditional laundry detergents do not neutralize
these household allergens. Our Laundry Rinse does; and it is
safe to use even on baby clothes and sick room bedding.
- Add 2 oz. to the final rinse of every full
laundry load. It’s
perfect for protecting mattress pads, bed linen, towels
and all washable clothing.
- Add 1 tablespoon to every sink-full of delicate
hand wash.
Intimate garments can be especially troublesome because
they quickly collect the body's constantly shedding hair
and skin cells.
- Use it whenever you wash pet bedding, blankets
and toys. These
fabrics are full of allergens!
- Some effectiveness will last through 4 washings.
STEP THREE: Use Mite-NIX Mold & Mildew Cleaner to eliminate spores
indoors and out.
- It is effective and 100% safe for the kitchen. Wash
your kitchen sink, dish rack, refrigerator, dishwasher and
trash can.
- It is also ideal for the bathroom. Use it on the shower stall,
tub, grout and tiling. Also ideal for swimming pool and jacuzzi tiles.
- Enclosed patios and moist basements should
be treated because
they commonly host these annoying household allergens.
- For optimal protection, use every time you
clean. Some
effectiveness lasts 4-8 weeks.
- Regular treatment reduces re-growth of mold,
mildew and other fungus because it eliminates the invisible food sources that attract
them.
- Free of toxic bleach and all harsh chemicals.
STEP FOUR: Use Mite-NIX Pet Shampoo to bathe your family pets.
- A weekly shampoo with this odor-free formula
is best. This
routine will clean your animals while instantly neutralizing the protein
allergens they carry.
- The formula contains no dyes, fragrances or
synthetics. So
it will never dry or irritate pet skin - or yours.
How common are indoor allergies?
Very common! As you read this, they affect more than 60 million
Americans!
- One in every ten adults and children people
is allergic to dust mites. That’s
an estimate from experts at The American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
- Research also shows that dust mites can
cause asthma. Children
living in homes with high levels of dust mites are 500% more
likely to develop asthma.
- Studies show that one in six Americans is
allergic to dogs or cats. Doctors
report that untreated cat allergies are the leading cause
of chronic asthma and irreversible lung damage.
- Scientists think that heredity plays a role
in allergies. If
both your parents are allergic, there is a 50% chance that you will be too. And
a 25% chance if only one parent has allergies.
Can allergies be cured?
Unfortunately, no. But regular treatment with Mite-NIX helps
control allergies and asthma in two ways.
- Mite-NIX formulas de-activate protein allergens. They deconstruct
them at a molecular level. It’s like a giant rock being tuned into tiny
bits of rubble. All the elements are still there, but they
become harmless.
- Mite-NIX formulas limit the body's ability
to bind antibodies to any residual allergens. And the minimal binding that does
occur cannot initiate symptoms.
- Mite-NIX formulas provide benefits for 30-60 days.
Can careful cleaning provide allergy relief?
Usually not. In fact, cleaning can actually make symptoms
worse.
- Mold, mildew, pet residuals and mite droppings
are all airborne allergens. Cleaning
just stirs them up and into the air where they float around
before landing again. This aggravates symptoms.
- Conventional vacuum cleaners do more harm
than good because
they blow up to 40% of the dust they collect back into the
surrounding environment.
- Even sitting on your mattress or sofa forces
air out like a bellow. That
sends millions of mite droppings and pet residuals into the
air.
- Inhaled or absorbed into the skin, these
allergens are hazardous.
